Skaftuki is the web service used by Citizens’ Forum for the applications and expense reports for financial support for courses and study groups.
How to begin using the Skaftuki service
An association names a representative who applies for a username using the Basic Information Form (below). The representative is given a personal username to the service, which authorizes the representative to manage the communication related to course support on behalf of their association.
The form requires the signatures of the association’s chairperson and the representative applying for authorization. Once the application has been processed we will send the new Skaftuki username by email. When you have received your username, log in to the Skaftuki service and change your password.
Your Skaftuki username is personal
The recipient of the Skaftuki username accepts the responsibility, both personally and on behalf of their association, to ensure that the information submitted to the Skaftuki service is correct. This is why the username is personal. Remember to inform Kansalaisfoorumi if you no longer act as the association’s representative, and never give your login credentials to anyone else. If a new representative is chosen for your association, they must apply for a new username for the Skaftuki service.
You can acquaint yourself with the Skaftuki service through instructional videos (in Finnish). In addition to this, more detailed written instructions on the use of the service and applying for course support can be found on the Skaftuki service itself.
