How to use the Skaftuki-service

Your association must choose a representative to use the Skaftuki-service. This person must apply for a username using the Cooperation agreement. You can find the link to the web form below. There are different forms for registered associations and other communities (study groups that do not operate under the association).

The cooperation agreement functions both as a username application and as an agreement on educational cooperation between the Citizens’ Forum and your association. In practice, cooperation means that your association undertakes to comply with the instructions for course and study group activities and the instructions and rules for granting support.

Citizens’ Forum will give your representative username to the service. The username is personal. The association should use this user account to communicate with Citizens’ Forum about course support.

To fill in the cooperation agreement, you need the signatures of two people – the association’s chairperson and the representative you have chosen to use the web service. If you are applying for a study group that is not operating through a registered association, you can ask any person from your study group to sign in place of the chairperson.

Once Citizens’ Forum has processed the application, we will send you your Skaftuki username by email. When you’ve received your username, log in to the Skaftuki service and change your password.

Your Skaftuki-username is personal

The representative of the association is responsible for making sure that the information in the Skaftuki service is correct. This is why the username is personal. Never give your login credentials to anyone else. Remember to inform Citizens’ Forum when you stop being the association’s representative. You can cancel your account by writing an email to info@skaftuki.fi.  If a new representative is chosen for your association, they must apply for a new username for the Skaftuki service.
