Collaboration Agreement on organising studies

This collabration agreement functions as

• Skaftuki web service user agreement
• Agreement on educational cooperation between the Citizens’ Forum and the association

By filling in and signing the form, you register as a user of the Citizens’ Forum’s Skaftuki service. When filling in and signing the form, you also agree to follow the rules of course and study group activities on behalf of your association. For the form, you will need the signatures of two people: the chairman of the association and the person you have chosen to use the service on behalf of the association.
