Collaboration Agreement for Study Group Activities 

This collaboration agreement functions as

• Skaftuki web service user agreement
• Agreement on educational collaboration between the Citizens’ Forum and the study group

By filling in and signing the form, you register as a user of the Citizens’ Forum’s Skaftuki service. When filling in and signing the form, you also agree to follow the rules of study group activities on behalf of your community. For the form, you will need the signatures of two people: the person you have chosen to use the service on behalf of the association, and another representative of your community.
