Accessibility of the training spaces

Our training facilities are located in connection with our offices in Helsinki, Tampere and Oulu. All facilities are designed for educational use, and more detailed descriptions of the accessibility of each space can be found in our Accessibility training facilities.

Safer Space

The Citizens’ Forum applies the principles of safer space in all activities and events, the aim of which is to promote equality and non-discrimination. The principles welcome participants as they are, enable open interaction and safe learning.

The operational equality and equity plan

The Citizens’ Forum is committed to following the realisation of equality and equity in its activities. An operational equality and equity plan has been drawn up to guide the educational activities of the organisation, the development of the staff and the interaction of the community. The plan is based on legislation, such as the Equality Act and the Non-Discrimination Act.
