Future
– Citizens’ Forum anticipates the future
We carry out foresight work and the necessary changes together with others in liberal adult education and civil society networks. We develop new operating methods and services in anticipation of changes in the operating environment.
Courage
– Citizens’ Forum experiments with new things
Our safe community encourages ingenuity and creativity. We are looking for new things and experimenting with a wide range of working methods. We can give up what doesn’t work and develop what works well further.
Making an impact
– Citizens’ Forum makes cultural education visible
We make visible the effects of cultural education in a clear and goal-oriented manner. We make the Citizens’ Forum known as a supporter of arts-based and communal learning and an expert in pedagogy.
Hope
– Citizens’ Forum works sustainably
We promote sustainability and diversity in word and deed. We develop and implement our services considering different aspects of sustainability – especially social and cultural sustainability.
In our courses, we support and encourage pedagogy that enables transformative learning and creates hope.
